Getting ready for a long day at the office or to hear monotone lectures all day? We've all had those days when we hope that time would miraculously stand still for an extra 3 or 4 hours before we head out there and face the world. Since none of us are that fortunate we just get up and mentally prepare ourselves to head out there and face reality. What can possibly brighten your day and make it a little better? It's simple! Just Relax, Relate and Release!

You're probably thinking to yourself, "Relax, Relate and Release..yea right, there just aren't enough hours in a day ." Well, it's not impossible. It's actually easier than you think. Here is how you can help yourself do that.

Lemongrass is used as a herb in many Asian cuisines. It is also known for its soothing qualities along with its other many beneficial attributes. In researching its history and different uses, I found that in the Malaysian culture they would take lemongrass stalks and tie them into a sachet to drop into a bath tub for a soothing aromatherapy experience. Why not indulge yourself in a warm early morning lemongrass aromatherapy? What's better than starting your day off right with a little aromatherapy in the comfort of your home? Surround yourself with lemongrass oils and candles. Although it sounds cool, I'm going be realistic. I know there certainly aren't enough hours in a day for some of you to consider preparing a tub of lemongrass tea to soak in.
